Air Mag Air Nozzle is an engineered nozzle with a unique patent pending design. It focuses on compressed air from the supply line. And entrained air from the surroundings to a sharp laminar flow of air. It is creating the highest force per SCFM on the market. This reduces compressed air energy use and noise levels compared to open jets and pipes.
Even replacing competitive air nozzles can save energy and noise levels significantly. The nozzle is made of rugged, cast zinc. Contains a single-piece design ideal for harsh environments. Also, with 316L stainless steel for corrosive, high-temperature, and food/pharmaceutical applications.
The Nex Flow Air mag nozzle design optimizes both external and internal aerodynamic shapes and directional design to minimize compressed air consumption while maximizing air entrainment and amplified flow output, with the absolute minimum of pressure loss providing a much greater distance for efficient, laminar for flow blow-off applications.
