Swivel Fitting is high-quality stainless steel fittings for air nozzles, air jets, small air knives, and air amplifiers. That allows 25-degree movement from the center axis (50-degree total direction). Thus aiming and then securing the blow-off application’s position.

They mean that most pneumatic swivel fittings stay loose. They attach an air supply hose to an air gun or lance for blow-off and cleaning.

The Nex Flow swivels, directing the product, whether

• an air nozzle
• air jet, amplifier
• or air knife
• Toward the target

And then, securely lock the swivel in place.

They are allowing the stainless steel construction for their use in high-temperature and corrosive environments. One of the preferred applications is their use of the Nex Flow Safety Air Guns, particularly the Easy Grip Air Gun and Heavy Duty Air Gun.

Attach the swivel to the top of the gun or the end of an extension. Then attach the other end of the swivel to a Nex Flow safety nozzle. And either the Standard versions or the Air Mag series, and even an Air Edger Flat Jet.

Adjusting the swivel directs the blow–off product toward the product being dried, cleaned, or cooled. With this flexible assembly, most hard-to-reach areas like ceilings, high-up barriers, corner pockets, and other tricky spots. 

These can be circumvented and cleaned or dried.

Interchanging extensions for different applications, nozzles, and exchanging other devices used to blow. And the readjusting swivel for the angle required to accomplish the task.
