Manifold System for Nozzles and Jets

Manifold System for Air Nozzles and Air Jets is a convenient method to mount a series of engineered air nozzles and/or air jets, including flat jets (Air Edgers) for blow-off and cooling applications.   It is an effective alternative to different lengths of air knives when more airflow or force is required for the specific application.

The manifolds come in rectangular vintage versions and the more flexible round (cylindrical) X-stream versions.   The vintage versions have mounting holes for support with optional mounting brackets.  The X-stream version is cylindrical with end clamps that allow the various systems to be secured with variable orientation proving greater flexibility for orientation of the blow-off or cooling application.   Standard lengths are available for both versions but special lengths can be manufactured for a particular application.

The manifold systems are available in either anodized aluminum or stainless steel for corrosive environments and for food and pharmaceutical applications.   Manifold systems have nozzles or jets pre-mounted and reduce installation time.  Manifold systems can be further modified by adding lockable swivels to each nozzle or jet such that each item can be directed where required which is helpful for complicated surfaces.

Each attachment to the manifold can be adapted for its particular roll in the compressed air application to achieve the result required.   Manifold systems are also suited for those applications where there is a high risk of damage to the blow blow-off or cooling system.  Rather than replacing one long blow-off, which can be costly, if one nozzle or jet is damaged, the replacement cost can be significantly reduced.
