Available in two thicknesses for each size Air Amplifier: .002″ and .003″.
Ring Blade air wipes designed by Nex Flow are extremely efficient even when compared to similar-looking designs because of the tight tolerances and optimum designs tested and proven. Even when replacing different designs,
it is not uncommon for two Ring Blade air wipes to dry as effectively as three of the replaced air wipes. The Ring blade air wipe is most effective when the distance from the inside diameter of the unit is close to the outside diameter of the part being cleaned and dried.
Occasionally there are applications where one size unit may have to address a range of product sizes, and one way to boost the performance of the Ring blade unit is to add an extra shim to open the compressed air exit gap. This increases the force proportionally to have a stronger force at a greater distance.
This is also a way to help dry what may be considered more complex shapes, as the extra force will reach areas such as pockets and grooves that may not be dried or cleaned as effectively without the extra force.
