Manual shutoff valves are offered as an option to turn the air supply on and off to any Nex Flow product.  The valves supplied by Nex Flow are two-way ball valves in either brass or stainless steel construction depending on the application.

Some packages Nex Flow provides include the manual shut-off valve when manual control is commonly used.  Sizes available are 1/8” and ¼”, standard sizes offered in various product packages.

Shut-off valves allow for the safe control of compressed air in pneumatic applications and are used in various industries. Shut-off valves are also useful accessories to stop the air supply in controlled conditions where a process must work correctly and safely.   They can be supplied if they are required in other applications apart from use with Nex Flow products.

In some industrial processes, an alternative to manual valves would be solenoid valves that can also be supplied.

An electrical connection and voltage must be specified in this case, typically 120V or 240 V.

Manual valves allow an individual in charge to determine when the application needs to operate and when it can be turned off in this application where manual control is necessary.
