Manifold Mounted Systems Nex Flow

These combine the Nex Flow Air Edgers and Air Nozzles. And we are accomplishing this in combinations of two, four, six, eight, and twelve items for blow-off and cooling applications.

The good news is that the Manifold-mounted systems come in three versions:

Vintage systems are small, compact, and ideal for applications where space may be a premium.

The X-Stream version is much more heavy-duty and the most suitable for factory operations. The unique aluminum-only mounting systems are specially designed using the FX series of air amplifiers for light blow-off but especially for cooling applications.

The vintage and the X-stream versions are available in anodized aluminum or stainless steel. The vintage versions have mounting holes using them in attaching to machines and have optional mounting brackets.

Also, the X-stream versions and the FX-series units come complete with a heavy-duty clamping system for easy and flexible mounting.

And by attaching various blow-off products to the manifolds, including the standard and Air Mag range of engineered blow-off nozzles and the Air Edger flat jet air nozzles.

We can also add accessories:

• such as swivels to angles any of the products
• extensions for extending the devices used as may be required
