X-Stream® Manifold Mounted Systems for Blow-off
X-Stream® Manifold Systems utilize a larger and more rugged manifold which allow for the Nex Flow® Air Edgers® or Standard Air Nozzles or Air Mag® Nozzles to be mounted in combinations of two, four, six, eight and 12 items for blow off and light cooling applications where air knives may not be applicable and when a set length of blow-off is required. These systems are available in aluminum and stainless steel, and provided with any of the air nozzles, and in particular the Air Edger® flat jet nozzle, it creates a more powerful air knife effect when regular air knives are not powerful enough.
Manifold Mounted Systems for Cooling and Blow off
Manifold Systems using the FX20 Fixed X-Stream Air Amplifier utilizes a rugged manifold which allow for the Nex Flow®FX20 Fixed X-Stream Air Amplifier to be mounted in combinations of two, three, four, five and six amplifiers for major cooling applications or light blow off and when a set length of use is required. These systems are available in aluminum and incorporate the cast zinc-aluminum 1-1/4″ air amplifiers. Cooling effect can be increased by adding shims to the amplifiers as needed.
Vintage Manifold Mounted Systems for Blow-off
Vintage Manifold Systems are the original compact manifold which allow for the Nex Flow® Air Edgers® or Standard Air Nozzles or Air Mag® Nozzles to be mounted in combinations of two, four and 6 items for blow off and light cooling applications where air knives may not be applicable and when a set length of blow-off is required. X-Stream® Manifold Mounted Systems for Blow-off
X-Stream® Manifold Systems utilize a larger and more rugged manifold which allow for the Nex Flow® Air Edgers® or Standard Air Nozzles or Air Mag® Nozzles to be mounted in combinations of two, four, six, eight and 12 items for blow off and light cooling applications where air knives may not be applicable and when a set length of blow-off is required. These systems are available in aluminum and stainless steel, and provided with any of the air nozzles, and in particular the Air Edger® flat jet nozzle, it creates a more powerful air knife effect when regular air knives are not powerful enough.
Manifold Mounted Systems for Cooling and Blow off
Manifold Systems using the FX20 Fixed X-Stream Air Amplifier utilizes a rugged manifold which allow for the Nex Flow®FX20 Fixed X-Stream Air Amplifier to be mounted in combinations of two, three, four, five and six amplifiers for major cooling applications or light blow off and when a set length of use is required. These systems are available in aluminum and incorporate the cast zinc-aluminum 1-1/4″ air amplifiers. Cooling effect can be increased by adding shims to the amplifiers as needed.
