Compressed Air Nozzles are commonly used in industries where there is a typical need for cleaning, drying and cooling. In potentially explosive environment – compressed air nozzles work well because no electricity is involved at the point of use.
Here at Nex Flow® – we group our wide range of nozzles into 2 groups (cone shaped nozzle and bullet shaped nozzle). Cone Shaped Nozzle is the more traditional design offering more flow per unit of air consumed making it better for cooling. The Air Mag® nozzles are our patented Bullet Shaped Nozzle design that maximizes blow-off force making it a great option for cleaning and part ejection.
With various different types of nozzles available in the market – it may be difficult to select the best nozzle type and size that fits your application. Our Three groups of Nozzles
Cone Shaped Nozzle
Efficient at converting pressure into flow – they can dramatically lower noise levels when compared to open jets and pipes. All nozzles meet the OHSA standard for dead end pressure and offered in different types of materials including stainless steel, brass, anodized aluminum, etc.
Patented Air Mag® Bullet Shaped Nozzle
Great for application requiring higher force or blowing at a greater distance. The Air Mag® series is a star profile patented design providing the highest force/SCFM in the market. The special design makes them more rugged than many competitive units and is able to maintain a sharper laminar flow for a greater distance.
Air Nozzle and Flex Hose Package
The Nex Flow® Rigid-Flex Hoses are ideal accessories for air nozzles to air am direct them. We normally recommend the Extra Rigid versions of the hose when high pressure is used. Popular sizes are offered in packages with optional shut off valves and magnetic base.
