Flexmount Systems

The Nex Flow® FLEXMOUNT mounting system is a secure mounting method to direct one or two blow-off product (s) quickly and securely.

The FLEXMOUNT increases productivity with easy installation and flexibility in use.

Often the customer is adding additional mounting and brackets with costly internal labor. That can often be in short supply or better used elsewhere in the factory for installation.

These assemblies utilize nozzles and jets for particular spot applications.

The FLEXMOUNT is a flexible mounting system providing a simple and easy-to-use method by directing small blow-off products to the target saving labor and accelerating installation time and product use.

This is especially useful when requiring much flexibility in the assembly orientation and placement for different applications in a production process.

It is ideal for any new installation where nothing currently exists in the application location, attaching the blow-off products that need to be used.

The units are suitable for using one or two Air Edgers or one or two air nozzles, whether the standard air nozzles or the patented Air Mag air nozzles.

Nex Flow® Air Edgers are available in cast zinc and 316L stainless steel.

The standard air nozzles are made in anodized aluminum, 304 stainless steel, and 316L stainless versions.

The patented Air mag nozzles are in cast zinc and 316L stainless steel.

The FLEXMOUNT SYSTEM is available in anodized aluminum or stainless steel.

The regular packages offered are in non-stainless assemblies and stainless steel assemblies.

The base of the mounting system is threaded for easy attachment to a base securing the system, or you can use an optional magnetic base securing the assembly.

Flexmount Systems

A shutoff valve (brass for the aluminum systems and stainless steel for the stainless systems) is supplied to turn the flow on and off as needed manually.

An optional adjustable swivel may be added to the blow-off products attached to the FLEXMOUNT, providing even more flexibility in the flow direction.

When adjusted, these adjustable swivels are locked into a secure position directing the particular blow-off product as needed.

The FLEXMOUNT is exceptionally versatile for small blow-off products when one or two nozzles or jets are required for a manufacturing application.

In addition to the standard packages offered, the assemblies can be modified with mixing and matching blow-off types, i.e., a double system using one nozzle and one Air Edger®, for example.

Custom FLEXMOUNT systems can be provided on request, including multiple assembly packages.
