Magnetic Base, from Nex Flow, is used where the air-operated product is frequently moved or requires an easy-to-secure base. The extra strong Magnet allows for flexible mounting, whether vertical or horizontal. We are supplying an optional mini shut-off valve upon request.

Many similar products need strong enough magnets for securing products. Nex Flow carefully chooses magnet strength for securely holding any of our pneumatic assemblies in place.

And applying it to a magnet-accepted surface on a machine by utilizing the system for its particular blow-off, cleaning, drying, or cooling application.

Nex Flow has

• large magnetic swivel base
• small magnetic swivel base
• A non-swivel version if flexibility is not required

Some systems offered by Nex Flow will already include a base, such as the Adjustable Spot Cooler Systems, the Mist Cooler Systems, and the Mini Cooler System.

One of the most popular uses of the magnetic base is as an accessory with the Nex Flow Rigid Flex Hose products. Threading the product directly into the rigid Flex Hose and attaching it to a blow-off or cooling product.

Ranging from nozzles to air jets to small amplifiers, flat sprays, and small air knives. Offering a flexible method to mounting the assembly onto a machine. Thus directing the device can be required where needed.
