Mist Tool Cooling Systems
When lubrication and cooling are required, we can reduce the product with a lubricating mist. Cooling gets enhanced because heavy coolant can be messy and costly. Also, somebody must carefully maintain it. Dry machining is only sometimes possible. Due to the need for lubrication or additional cooling that cold air alone cannot provide.

The patent pending unit comprises a coolant/lubrication suction system. This draws any water-based liquid into a specially designed delivery system.
- They are cooling the juice delivering an icy fluid mist around 40 degrees F (5 degrees C).
- We allow for as much as 20% less coolant, faster production rates, and improved quality.
The adjusting screw controls the amount of mist required. Thus, creating a simple operation with no moving parts except for the adjusting screw. Meaning long life, low-cost operation, and zero maintenance of the product.
