Mounting Brackets for Filters and Regulators 

Compressed air filters are point-of-use filters supplied by Nex Flow. And are provided with automatic drains to remove built-up condensate that may come from the compressed air supply line. 

Understanding that water removal filters remove condensed moisture. Also, Oil removal filters and automatic drains remove oil droplets from the system. Point-of-use filters are necessary as many Nex Flow products have small air gaps, and filters prevent access to dirt, moisture, and particulate that might block any parts of the opening.

In addition, it prevents contaminants from the compressed air line from contaminating the product where the compressed air eventually goes. 

Nex Flow regulators come supplied with gauges to provide the pressure reading set by the regulator. Regulators put the pressure and flow used by compressed air products. 

It is in the customer’s interest to use the lowest pressure (and airflow) necessary for the product to accomplish the particular task. Usually, compressed air piping supports the filters,

Most factories automatically use point-of-use filters (and often regulators). As long as they have the minimum filtration recommended by Nex Flow, no additional filtration is necessary. Many applications do not necessarily require a regulator.
