Mounting Bracket Vintage Manifold Systems

Vintage manifold systems are compact and designed for multiple air nozzles, jets, and other engineered blow-off products.

Manifolds are available in anodized aluminum and stainless steel. Nex Flow supplies brackets exclusively in stainless steel, ensuring compatibility with both manifold materials. These manifolds can handle the maximum anticipated weight of any system and assembly. You can reuse them if your application changes or if you change the products used with the manifold.

Proper point-of-use filtration upstream from the manifold is essential to prevent dirt particles and debris from entering and collecting inside. If debris builds up inside the manifold, disassemble the system, and blow air throughout to remove loose material. Washing the manifold in a parts washer or manual wash basin using a suitable soap solution that won’t harm the manifold.

With proper upstream filtration, frequent cleaning should not be necessary. A minimum of a 25-micron filter with an auto drain for water removal is recommended for upstream filtration. If oil mist or lubrication oil might enter the manifold, use a 0.3-micron oil removal filter with an auto drain upstream.
